Consultation 
We will spend two hours together and discuss your goals and expectations.  I will review our home staging process while walking through your home as a buyer would and gather those all-important first impressions.  If time allows, I will give you a quick demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming an area of your home.  This will allow you to see the difference that staging can make to a prospective buyer.  You will get before and after photos to use in your marketing efforts.  We will then sit down and develop a proposal based upon your budget and our evaluation results so that you can achieve the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars.  If you are working with a real estate agent, we would like to include them during our consultation.  

Quick Home Makeover Report  
The Home Makeover Report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need a little extra direction.  This customized, photo-filled report focuses on the most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and obtain a faster sale.  The report is emailed to the seller.  This priority report will help you, if completed, have you well on your way to bringing those buyers in.  

Half Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign  
This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise or are less than 2000 square feet.  Laurie’s Home Staging & Interior Redesign consultant will be working from our priority list that resulted from our initial consultation.  Prior to your half day of staging you will most likely be given some “home work” to take care of before our work day begins (such as de-cluttering, cleaning, etc.).  Laurie’s Home Staging & Interior Redesign will make dramatic transformations to and redesign the main areas of the home.  Prior to our visit we will have determined what accessories are required to complete the look of each room.  These accessories can either be provided by the homeowner or purchased at a discounted price from our Staging Shopping Service.  We will take and provide you with great real estate photos for your agent’s marketing efforts.   We will have achieved a big step in getting buyers in the door because more than 80% of all buyers view homes on the internet before they find one they want to see in person!  

Full Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign  
Our full day of staging and redesign is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet. We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home.  We will rearrange furniture and redesign rooms in the main areas of the home using what you already have.   Additional items and accessories may be brought in to complete our wonderful transformation.  Between reusing, reinventing and that special touch that Laurie’s Home Staging & Interior Redesign provides, you will be astounded at the difference a day can make!  You’ll walk away with a show-ready home and real estate photos for your agent’s marketing efforts to “wow” those potential buyers into your home. We’ll stop just shy of our full day in order to assess our progress.  At this time, we’ll go through the home with you and fill out Laurie’s Home Staging & Interior Redesign Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own.  The Action Plan will detail what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover or you may wish to purchase additional time for our services.    

Completed Action Plan and “Do-It-Yourself” Guides  
Add a completed 10-page, Action Plan to any of the above Staging Days in order to complete the look yourself.  We’ll take an extra hour going through the home with you and filling out our Action Plan.  We’ll also email you “Do-It-Yourself” guides for projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home.  

New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend (includes Action Plan) 
This service is perfect to make a great first impression for the house that is just about to go onto the market or have an Open House!  Laurie’s Home Staging & Interior Redesign will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a place that “feels like home” for potential buyers.  To get top dollar and sell faster, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation before being listed!  For Sale by Owner (FSBO), this is a great service for you.
